But, if the non-custodial parent somehow unable to maintain it or purchase any medical plan, the custodial parents would be eligible and responsible for taking this responsibility.
This doesn’t necessarily mean that non-custodial parents are free from paying this additional expense. Actually, the court may order both custodial and non-custodial parent to pay the amount which is held for the medical coverage. However, if in any case, both parties fail to pay the additional amount for this support then the non-custodial parent will be enforced to pay the amount. In fact, this is not an expense which is included in the tx child support; it is an additional expense that has to be beard by the non-custodial parent.
Finally, a very important thing that comes in to tx child support is the visitations. It will define the number of times that the custodial and non-custodial parents are permitted to visit their child. It is firstly depending on the mutual agreement between the both custodial and non-custodial parents about the visiting. If they disagree then the court fix the time for them to visit their child.
